## What Moshi does

Most Meta ads send the click to a landing page. Moshi changes the CTA to "Send
Message" so the click opens an Instagram DM. The agent asks what the customer
needs, pulls live products from the brand's Shopify catalog, answers questions,
handles objections, and walks them to checkout. It also runs in iMessage and
RCS, past Meta's 24-hour reply window. Conversation data (name, preferences,
intent, order history) flows back to Shopify, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Meta.
